Leann Anderson, Therapist
Leann graduated from the University of Montana with a Psychology Degree and a Minor in Gerontology. After receiving her degree there she attended The University of the Rockies where she earned her Master’s in Psychology, but that was not enough for this enthusiastic achiever, she went on to Montana State University where she finished the requirements for Licensed Addiction Counseling and is now a licensed counselor. She is working toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor as well.
Leann has been in many circumstances in her life which give her great insight into the perils we face every day. Her heart and soul is that of a compassionate, caring, advocate for the empowerment of people.
"The choices we make everyday guide our lives. We have to be willing to stand, and take hold of the strength we have, that we may be able to help those who need it".
Charlee Thompson- Manager
Charlee is an inspiration all of us here at Choices. She works very hard to keep things in order. She is very kind and conscientious with a heart for the work we do.  Her duties include: policy and procedure, AMDD,  personnel and many other things, all of which can be monumental tasks. Any normal person might be overwhelmed with these, but she handles it with ease, and a delightful grace which is rare in this world. We appreciate her efforts and could not help as many people as we do without her.
Teauna Holden- Account Manager
Teauna has lived in Montana her whole life. She graduated from MSU – Billings COT with an AAS in Accounting. After graduating she worked at Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch doing clinic billing for 6 years. While in Billings she met her husband. After finishing school he received a job offer in Superior at the local hospital. She started at Choices for Change Counseling right after they moved to Superior in January 2011. Teauna now Lives in Helena, MT with her husband and two children.
Shortly after starting for Choices I found out I was pregnant with my daughter, Nancy and Charlee didn’t even pause for a moment and decided right then they would create a nursery-office so I could bring her with me instead of making me choose between family and work. Eventually she got too mobile to be in the office instead of letting me go they moved me home to work remotely. I feel very blessed to be able to work from home while raising my children, Delanee (4) and Dylan (18 months). I have found a second family at Choices and I am glad to be a part of the team.
